TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a product from the Artist the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Full payment is required once order is accepted. For works that cost $150+ USD we can discuss payment options without problem. Payment via Paypal.2. The delivery time is from one month to four months. if more time is needed due to personal, health, or mental health issues the customer will be notified in advance.3. If the order was reserved for a Waitlist, once the reservation payment has been made, please keep in mind that the work will begin on the stipulated date.REVISIONS
4. In anticipation of the commission that I will send, a total of four stages of the illustration (color sketch - render - render and polish - final product), I will be available for any questions and concerns that may arise through the process.5. I'll be happy to make adjustments to the illustration as we progress to achieve a better result, so feel free to let me know about any changes during the process. But please note that an extra fee may be applied to the initial price for excessive modifications.6. The Client has right to minor corrections after completion, such as small coloring, incorrect color/detail. Any requests above that, anything that I have to redraw completely, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a extra increase of order value. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.7. The Artist's response time may vary up to two weeks, in order to provide the Client with better and more concrete updates.REFUND POLICY
8. The Client has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.9. If for any reason the Artist is unable to start the Commission the Client will receive a full refund, giving them the neccesary explanations.10. If the Client discontinues communication with the Artist, the Artist has the right to interrupt the progress of the Service indefinitely and withhold payment for such Service.11. If the Artist discontinues communication with the Client, the Client is entitled to a full refund in accordance with the Service requested.12. Refunds will not be accepted once the work has been completed and delivered. Please take into consideration the time and effort invested.COPYRIGHT
13. The Artist retains all copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, including but not limited to display, advertising, social media posting, portfolio.14. The Client receives exclusive and non-transferable rights to use the Final Work for personal use such as the right to display on social media accounts for promotional purposes without direct monetization, such as profile images and posts, printing and framing in personal spaces, display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in the content of these websites or channels.15. The Client must not claim the Final Work as their own. Mentioning the Artist when publishing the Final Work is not mandatory if it has a visible watermark, but it is greatly appreciated.16.The Client does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets, AI tools, NFT and any correlation to this type of technology.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
17. Commercial commission will cost 100% of base price.18. Commercial Rights are understood as the use of the Final Work in broadcasts or any monetized instance, the sale or resale of the Final Work to a third party, as part of any product or on another platform.CANCELLATIONS
19. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. The Client will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed.
